Returns & Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.
We take great care to ensure all rhizomes are healthy, true to name, and accurately labeled at the time of shipment. If you experience an issue such as a rhizome blooming incorrectly, please contact us with photos and details.
At our discretion, we will offer a refund or replacement during the following season if the variety is available.
Plant Care & Responsibility
Once delivered, plant success depends on proper planting, soil conditions, watering, climate, and ongoing care. We cannot be responsible for losses due to weather extremes, pests, soil conditions, planting depth, watering practices, or other factors beyond our control.
