Blue Eyed Girl (Thomas Johnson, 2017), Seedling TG344B, is a standard dwarf bearded iris growing to approximately 15 inches and blooming early with reliable rebloom reported in California USDA Zone 8b. Soft lemon yellow standards deepen slightly toward the center, with extremely light yellow style arms and light yellow falls washed in a richer yellow around the beard; the large, bushy beards are a striking deep inky blue, creating vivid contrast against the pastel bloom, with a slight fragrance. Bred from Seedling TC262A [('Chicklet' × 'Meow') × 'Worry Wart'] and introduced by Mid-America in 2017, it earned Honorable Mention in 2019, Award of Merit in 2021, and the Cook-Douglas Medal in 2025.
