Breakfast In Bed was introduced by Charles Bunnell in 2014 and grows to about 22 to 25 inches tall, blooming late midseason. This beautiful Median Tall Bearded iris is a feast for the eyes with yellow standards beautifully blended with red-purple veining, creamy falls that melt into a red-purple blend toward the edges, and bright yellow rims that make the whole flower pop. Yellow-orange to yellow beards complete this warm, richly layered color palette. Bred from Yellow Flirt crossed with a seedling of Consummation and Rosemary's Dream. This variety received the Honorable Mention in 2016, the Award of Merit in 2018, and the Williamson-White Medal in 2022.
