Come Away With Me (Schreiner, 2008), Seedling RR 189-1, is a tall bearded iris growing to approximately 35 inches and blooming from early through late season, giving it an impressively long garden presence. Standards are a soft apricot pink (RHS 36A) with matching falls dramatically edged in a bold one-inch magenta band (70A), creating a striking picotee effect that immediately draws the eye; tangerine beards add warmth and vibrancy at the center. Bred from an extensive and carefully developed Schreiner lineage and introduced in 2008, it earned Honorable Mention in 2010 and remains a standout for gardeners who love strong edging and saturated color contrast.
