Day On The Bay was introduced by Joseph Ghio in 2011 and grows to about 30 inches tall, blooming very early through midseason, giving you a long window to enjoy it. This beautiful Tall Bearded iris has a fresh, coastal feel with creamy lemon yellow standards and white falls that carry a wide violet band bleeding softly toward the center. Gold beards add a warm, sunny finishing touch. Bred as a sibling to Center Ice. This variety received the Honorable Mention in 2014 and the Award of Merit in 2016.
