Easter Candy (Keppel, 2011) TB HM AM
$8.00Price
Easter Candy is a tall bearded iris introduced by Keith Keppel in 2011, growing to about 37 inches tall and blooming from early through late season. The standards are soft light yellow, with style arms the same color and faintly marked by a lavender midrib. The falls are light lavender blue in the center, shading to a paler tone across the remainder of the petal, with shoulders touched citron yellow. Bright chrome yellow beards tipped with lavender blue provide striking contrast and draw the eye into the bloom. This refined pastel iris was bred from Haut Les Voiles crossed with a Bollywood sibling. Easter Candy received the Honorable Mention in 2013 and the Award of Merit in 2015.
