Harmonious Flow (Nicodemus, 2011) TB

Harmonious Flow (Barbara Nicodemus, 2011), Seedling L3A, is a tall bearded iris standing about 33 inches tall and blooming early midseason to midseason in rich, dramatic tones. The standards and style arms glow in saturated red violet, while the falls deepen to a velvety blackish red violet with a subtle red violet edge and delicate violet markings flanking the beard. Beards are red violet heavily tipped in golden bronze, adding a warm metallic flash against the dark petals. Light ruffling and a plush texture give this variety a refined, luxurious presence in the garden. Bred from Ozark Rebounder × Starring and introduced by Rockytop Gardens in 2012.
