One More Sip (Tom Burseen, 2012) is a tall bearded iris reaching approximately 35 inches, blooming from very early to midseason. Standards are violet with an amber gold base, with matching violet style arms and gold bases. Falls are plum purple with bishop’s violet rims. Beards are orange in the throat, bronze in the middle, and purple-brown at the ends. Blooms are ruffled and laced with a pronounced sweet fragrance. Parentage is Greet The Sun x Cranfil’s Gap.
