Path to Heaven (Ghio 2016) TB HM

Path to Heaven was introduced by Joseph Ghio in 2016 and grows to about 38 inches tall, blooming in early midseason. The standards are mid to deep pink with matching pink style arms. The falls are also mid to deep pink with a wide band of rosy orchid coloring, creating a rich layered pink effect. Tangerine red beards provide a strong contrast against the pink tones. This variety was bred from complex Ghio seedling lines involving ‘Jazz Band’, ‘Fixation’, ‘Gitano’, ‘Comfortable’, ‘Red Skies’, and ‘Iconic’. It received the Honorable Mention in 2021.
