Picasso Moon (Schreiner, 2000), Seedling EE 787-1, is a tall bearded iris reaching approximately 39 inches and blooming midseason in a bold canary yellow (RHS 9A) self. This is not a pale yellow but a deeply saturated, stand out golden tone that commands attention in the garden. Standards and falls are evenly colored in rich yellow with matching yellow beards, creating a clean, powerful presentation that reads vibrant even from a distance. Bred from Golden Ecstasy × Peach Bisque and introduced by Schreiner in 2000, it earned Honorable Mention in 2004. Limited rebloom has been reported in California in USDA Zones 9 and 10.
