Prissy Christy (Burseen 2013) TB HM AM FG

Prissy Christy was introduced by Tom Burseen in 2013 and grows to about 36 inches tall, blooming from early to midseason with a pronounced sweet fragrance. The standards are light rose purple with matching style arms lightly washed with gold. The falls are rich spectrum violet with a soft light blue wash through the center, giving the flower a luminous blended appearance. Beards are orange in the throat and midsection, fading to cream at the tips. Flowers are very round and strongly ruffled in form. This variety was bred from ‘Deyes Uv Texus’ crossed with ‘Magical’. It received the Honorable Mention in 2016, Award of Merit in 2018, and the Favorite Guest award in 2019.
