Social Graces (Keppel, 2000) TB HM AM

Social Graces (Keith Keppel, 2000) is a tall bearded iris growing to approximately 38 inches, blooming midseason to late. Standards are rosy lilac, with style arms blended laelia pink, while the falls are a soft blend of orchid pink with creamy buff undertones in the hafts and subtle, slightly deeper orchid-pink veining that adds refined texture. Beards are carnelian red with pale melon tips. The blooms are ruffled and heavily laced, carry a sweet fragrance, and are sibling to Happenstance. This variety was selected as Seedling 93-139L and received Honorable Mention in 2002 and the Award of Merit in 2004.
