Lilac Morning is a tall bearded iris introduced by Francelle Edwards in 2008, blooming early to midseason on 38-inch stems. The softly ruffled standards, style arms, and falls are a luminous pink-lilac, sometimes showing a delicate crystal rim along the standards that catches the light beautifully. Bright yellow beards provide warm contrast at the center of the bloom. Bred from Margaret Inez × Ruffled Goddess, this elegant variety offers refined color and a light, sweet fragrance that adds to its garden appeal. Prolific grower.
