Flowers are a uniform light to medium blue with softly ruffled form and a distinct white spot centered on the falls. Beards are white, reinforcing the clean, classic blue presentation. This variety was selected as Seedling I 68-A from the cross (White Pride x seedling Y 163B) x Violet Favor and introduced by Schreiner in 1977. Victoria Falls earned Honorable Mention in 1978, the Award of Merit in 1980, and the American Dykes Medal in 1984. It is widely recognized as a reliable rebloomer, with consistent rebloom documented across many regions and a broad range of USDA Zones.
